Well, is normal to you for not know them :iconruncryplz: They are Kudou Taiki from Digimon Xros wars (the red outfit) and Akashi Tagiru from Digimon Xros Wars Hunter-tachi arc
This anime ended on March 2012 and started on July 2010

All Digimon series are Japanese produced by Toei Animation :iconfacepalmplz: as I said, it aired on July 2012 ^^

Yes, yes. I know All Digimon seasons come from Japan. But when they were made English Dubbed, the seasons were altered slightly to meet American standards.
